Verified machine configurations

Lancing volumetric filler models and published reference configurations.

Use the published model references to compare head count, dosing method, volume-module family, utilities and test conditions. The figures are not directly interchangeable: every configuration still requires a product-and-pack trial and a final Lancing quotation.

Model comparison

Compare the published references before shortlisting a trial.

Use this table to identify plausible configurations. Do not compare the published accuracy or speed values as though they were measured with the same product, dose, container or test method.

Configuration pages

Review each model in its own operating context.

Each page separates the published specification from the evidence that must be confirmed during application review and testing.

LU-GY1C

Single-head pneumatic piston filling machine. The LU-GY1C is a Lancing single-head pneumatic piston filler supplied with conveyor handling in the published reference configuration. It is a candidate for liquids and pastes where one measured piston dose, controlled nozzle…

Review the model configuration

LUDTHSP2

Compact automatic piston volumetric filling machine. The LUDTHSP2 is a compact conveyorised piston filler published with two filling heads and the option to configure four. It is intended for liquids and pumpable viscous products where a smaller automatic platform, touchscreen…

Review the model configuration

LU-YT4T-4Y

Four-head automatic piston liquid filling machine. The LU-YT4T-4Y is a four-nozzle piston filling configuration for conveyor-fed liquid production. The published reference covers products such as shampoo, engine oil and milk, with independently controlled filling heads and…

Review the model configuration

LU-YT6T-6P

Six-head pneumatic piston filling machine. The LU-YT6T-6P is a six-nozzle pneumatic piston filling configuration for pumpable viscous products and pastes. The first-party reference identifies applications including honey, glue, syrup and ketchup, a configurable 5–5000 ml…

LU-DTPP4E

Four-head peristaltic liquid filling machine. The LU-DTPP4E is a four-channel peristaltic liquid filler in which product is moved through flexible tubing by the pump heads. The published reference provides water-based flow, speed and accuracy data, but the final dose and…

How to compare

Five controls prevent a misleading model comparison.

Keep the product condition fixed

Record temperature, viscosity behaviour, aeration, particles, batch preparation and product-supply level. A configuration that works with water is not automatically qualified for oil, shampoo, honey or paste.

Use the selected dose module

Published module families describe available options. The trial must use the actual cylinder or tubing arrangement and prove the lowest and highest required fills.

Measure every head

Retain head identity and sequence number so calibration bias, feed restriction and nozzle differences are not hidden by an overall average.

Time accepted packs

Include product draw, discharge, nozzle motion, bottle indexing, replenishment and downstream clearance. Do not convert head count into a theoretical output without the complete cycle.

Write the acceptance method

Define target, tolerance, sample size, measurement instrument, start-up treatment, stop/restart checks and what happens after a changeover.

Confirm the final scope

The source pages describe reference configurations. The quotation must confirm the actual machine build, options, utilities, guards, controls, installation and documentation.

First-party sources

Published Lancing references used for this comparison.

The model pages paraphrase current first-party information and add application-specific qualification guidance.

Turn the model comparison into a testable shortlist.

Send the product, dose range, container, target output, utilities and line scope so Lancing can identify the configurations worth testing.
