Match each SKU to a practical cylinder module and stroke window. Test the smallest and largest required dose rather than assuming the entire published family is one continuous setting.
Check viscosity, temperature, particles, aeration, refill consistency and nozzle cut-off. Low-particulate sauces, oils, detergents, shampoo and lotions still need a product-and-pack trial.

The reference platform combines a conveyor, bottle sensing, touchscreen control and two piston heads in a footprint published at approximately 1270 × 1030 × 1200 mm. “Compact” is relative to a larger inline line; access for product supply, cleaning, guarding and downstream machinery still needs to be planned.
Compare four heads when accepted output cannot be met with two after the real dose, viscosity, refill time, bottle indexing and downstream clearance are timed. A four-head build also needs balanced product feed and head-specific calibration.
The source lists several optional volume modules covering that family of ranges. Final suitability depends on the chosen module, stroke control, product behaviour, nozzle and container. One machine setup should not be assumed to cover the whole family without change parts.
Run the intended container and dose with the actual product, allow the system to reach a stable prime state, then time accepted packs after bottle indexing and discharge. Repeat at the most difficult viscosity and after a normal stop and restart.
Record each head separately, including target, measured result, sequence number, product temperature, recipe, cylinder module, nozzle and operating state. A combined average can hide one restricted or misadjusted head.
